I get a great many e-mails asking similar questions.
To make it easier for me and everyone else, I produced an FAQ to cover these
issues. If you wish to inquire about something, then please read through to
FAQ to be sure your question isn't answered there. If I get an e-mail inquiring
about something covered in the FAQ, then it's not likely that I will respond
to it. I created that FAQ for a reason, and I get really tired of anwsering
the same questions over and over again. PLEASE use it!!
If you've read the FAQ...
...but still need to contact me, then e-mail is the answer that
remains. But be forewarned that I get a great deal of e-mail, and don't always
have time to answer it all. It may take me sometime to reply to your message,
and sometimes I'm a dork and forget. If this happens, please don't take it
personally. If it's important, just e-mail me again. If you wish to contact
